京都・南丹市の里山に工房を構える、陶芸家・澤田卓伸（たくのぶ）さん。

自然豊かな風景に囲まれながら、写実的でありながらも温かみのある動物たちを描いた器を手がけています。

一点一点、丁寧に成形され、手にしたときの使いやすさを考えて削り出されたフォルム。

やわらかな乳白色の粉引の素地が、陶器ならではのやさしい風合いを引き立てます。

手仕事のぬくもりを感じる器

動物の絵柄は筆ではなく、粉引の素地を掻き落とすことで表現されています。

線の一つひとつに動きがあり、独自の作品性と温かみを感じさせる仕上がりです。

京焼・清水焼の陶芸家を父にもつ澤田卓伸さんは、幼い頃から陶芸に親しみ、すでに作陶歴20年。

30代にしてベテランの域に達する、確かな技術をもった作り手です。

若い感性と磨かれた技術をあわせ持ち、京都ならではのオリジナリティあふれるうつわを生み出す澤田さん。

毎日の食卓にちょうどよい、ほどよいサイズのご飯茶碗です。

一般的な茶碗よりやや深めにつくられており、ご飯をしっかりよそってもこぼれにくく、持ちやすいかたち。

粉引のやわらかな白に、表情豊かな動物たちが描かれ、使うたびに心が和みます。

飽きのこないシンプルな佇まいで、日々の器として長くお使いいただけます。
