1966年　京都市生まれ
1986年　京都府立職業訓練校卒
1987年　京都市立工業試験場卒
1987年〜1994年
　　　　清水焼団地にて修行
1994年　父・山岡善昇に師事し、京都市岩倉の善昇窯工房にて作陶開始
