Yoshitaka Yamaoka — Zensho Kiln
Born in 1966 in Kyoto, Japan
1986: Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Vocational Training School
1987: Graduated from Kyoto Municipal Industrial Research Institute
1987–1994: Apprenticeship at the Kiyomizu-ware pottery district
1994: Began creating ceramics at Zensho Kiln in Kyoto’s Iwakura area under his father, Zensho Yamaoka
