The son of a Kyo-ware and Kiyomizu-ware potter, Sawada has been immersed in ceramics since childhood and brings over 20 years of experience to his work.
Now in his 30s, his skill and artistry already place him among seasoned craftsmen.
Sawada fuses refined technique with youthful creativity, producing unique ceramics that reflect the spirit of Kyoto craftsmanship.
