大正6年、京都・東山の泉涌寺のふもとで創業した俊山窯。

清水焼の伝統を受け継ぎながら、四季の草花や古典意匠を題材に、絵付けや装飾の美しさを生かした器づくりを続けています。

一つひとつ手仕事で仕上げられる抹茶碗には、京都のやきものらしい繊細さと華やかさがあり、眺める角度によってさまざまな表情を楽しむことができます。

手仕事を重ねて生まれる豊かな表情

俊山窯の魅力は、器の形と絵付け、そして釉薬や装飾が調和した、豊かな表現にあります。

筆で描かれる繊細な絵付けをはじめ、作品によっては金彩やラスター彩、イッチンなどの技法を用い、ひとつの抹茶碗の中に幾重にも手仕事を重ねて仕上げられています。

華やかでありながら過度に飾り立てることなく、土や釉薬の柔らかな質感を残しているところにも、俊山窯らしい品の良さを感じます。

力強く枝を広げる松に、雪が静かに降り積もる景色を描いた俊山窯の抹茶碗です。

厳しい冬の中でも青々とした葉を保つ松は、古くから長寿や不変を象徴する吉祥のモチーフ。白い雪と鮮やかな松葉の対比が美しく、冬の澄んだ空気を感じさせます。

雪景色の静けさと松の力強い生命力が調和した、冬の風情を楽しめる一碗です。
