From a Small Kiln in Kyoto
Dainichi Kiln, located near Kansyuji Temple in Kyoto, is a family workshop where tradition meets modern living.
Father Shigeo Takemura and his son Yotaro create pottery that honors the legacy of Kiyomizu ware while fitting seamlessly into contemporary lifestyles.
With natural glazes and meticulous handcrafting, each piece is made with care in their quiet mountain studio—one by one, with soul and dedication.

藍、青、翠が混ざったような優しいグラデーションの取皿。ツルッとしたコーティングがされていますが、おもてはふちまわりの細かい線は触るとざらりとして陶器そのもの。うらも水滴模様をツルリですが、底から水滴まではざらりとして温かみを感じるました。市販品は全部がツルッとしていますからね。
手に取ると外側のポコっとした水滴のような模様が当たり温かみがあります。料理を食べ終えたら、中心からきらきら色のかけらの世界が現れます。陶器って素晴らしいと初めて感じました。
画像は１例とあり少し不安はありましたが、素敵な汲出が届きました。
再販したらもう一つ購入したいです。
実際に手に取って観ると藍色と碧色のグラデーションがすごく綺麗です。ずっと大事に使います！

澤田さんの作品は、今は取り扱いのないお店で、スズメの小さなカップやお茶碗やお皿を購入していました。
こちらのショップに同じシリーズの作品があることを知り購入。
大きめカップは安定感があり持ちやすく、使いやすいです。狐の柄も可愛いです。
一緒にタツノオトシゴの小さな長四角のお皿も購入しました。使いやすい大きさで、毎日活躍しています。

中国住みですが、郵便がすぐ届きました。とっても丁寧の色使いで、大胆なデザインの皿です、すごく好み。
まず、持った感覚が普通の平盃と違い良かったです。また、天目の模様と縁の色のコントラストも気に入りました。これと同様の片口も購入したいと考えています。
