This is a matcha bowl by Ryoji, depicting Mt. Fuji and chrysanthemums on a soft landscape created by ash glaze separation.

Its charm lies in the auspicious design, combining Mt. Fuji, a symbol of Japan, with chrysanthemums, symbols of longevity and good health. The natural shades created by the glaze separation add depth to the scene, creating a calm and profound atmosphere.

It is a warm and characteristic bowl by Ryoji, harmonizing auspicious motifs with a rustic texture.
