This Nogime Tenmoku matcha bowl is made by Oka-ya Teiichi, a master craftsman of Tenmoku tea bowls.
It is a highly finished piece with beautiful Nogime patterns and deep colors, but due to glaze pooling on the exterior, it is a bowl that would normally not have been released to the public. Therefore, it is a unique piece with a different character from typical works.
This piece is recommended for those who can embrace the glaze pooling as part of its scenery and enjoy its individuality. It is a special bowl where you can appreciate the beauty of Tenmoku glaze, unique to master craftsman Oka-ya Teiichi.
