Elegant Pottery from Gojozaka, Kyoto
Kakouzan-kiln is located in Gojozaka, a historic district of Higashiyama in Kyoto, known as the home of traditional Kiyomizu-ware pottery.
This family-run kiln has been carrying on Japan’s ceramic heritage for four generations.
Their work features graceful forms inspired by classical Kenzan-style pottery, yet each piece is also filled with lively, refined charm.

As If Blossoms Bloomed on the Ceramic Surface
Each floral motif is carefully hand-painted using traditional Japanese pigments, adding gentle dimension and elegance to the surface.
The shading on each petal gives it a natural, lifelike feel—like flowers in full bloom on your table.
The soft texture of the ceramic and its calm, classic coloring create a peaceful, seasonal atmosphere during your meals.

A Refined Sake Set to Savor the Charm of Kyoto Pottery
Brighten your everyday with a touch of traditional Japan.
Let this handcrafted sake set turn your casual evening drink into an elegant moment of reflection and connection.
