Owner's Comment
This bowl features a deep indigo base accented with gold-painted chrysanthemum and paulownia crests. The contrast between the vivid blue and the elegant motifs gives the work the presence of a regal emblem shimmering against a night sky.
The chrysanthemum evokes the clarity of autumn, while the paulownia crest symbolizes good fortune—together creating a design that feels auspicious throughout the year.
The crisp coloration of the Kōchi glaze enhances the bowl’s dignified beauty, reflecting the refined style characteristic of Ichinyo Yamamoto’s work.
