Artist profile
Yoshiro Taya
- Born in Tokyo in 1970.
- Graduated from the Department of Art and Design, Faculty of Fine Arts, Kyoto Seika University in 1993.
- In 1995, he studied under the ceramic artist Yoshitaka Araki in Sumiyama, Uji City.
- 1999: Built a kiln in Shimoi, Uji City.
- 1999 Two-person exhibition at Shigaraki Gallery Rokuro.
- 2000 Three-person exhibition at Gallery Comfrey in Ishikawa Prefecture.
- In 2001, he participated in the "Tea and Sweets Tableware Exhibition" at the Otsu City Sara Gallery.
- 2002: Pottery making in Hanoi, Vietnam.
- In 2003, he participated in the "Contemporary Annam Ceramics Exhibition" in Hanoi, Vietnam.
