[Order Cancellations]

We accept cancellations only before shipment preparation begins.

[Returns and Exchanges]

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

However, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges in the following cases:

• Items that have been used

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

• Items that have been damaged or stained after delivery due to customer handling

• Customized items, such as made-to-order products or personalized items

• Any items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

[Return Shipping and Refunds]

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full amount of your payment.

For international orders, the refund will be the total amount minus the shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
