In his workshop, located in the quiet mountain village of northern Kyoto, his unique glazing techniques are employed, resulting in pieces with one-of-a-kind beauty.

Each piece holds a different expression, created by subtle temperature changes and variations in the glaze composition—truly a once-in-a-lifetime creation.

The pieces made using carefully selected clay and glazes, combined with state-of-the-art equipment, offer new discoveries and inspiration each time they are used.

The unique colors and textures of his works are the result of Yoshinori Izumi's years of experience and pursuit of artistry.
