Clouds in the Blue Sky Receiving the Morning Sun
The Art of Glaze Created by Years of Experience

This beautiful teacup, with a red and pale blue gradient, is created by Yoshinori Izumi, who has over fifty years of experience in glaze techniques.
The red color that overlays the glossy blue glaze is derived from iron content.
As the white and blue melt together in the kiln, an exquisite gradient is formed.
The subtle changes in temperature during firing, along with the slight variations in the glaze's components, give each piece its own unique expression, resulting in a one-of-a-kind work of art.
The rounded shape fits comfortably in the hand, making it an ideal size for tea, coffee, or even as a rocks glass for spirits.
