- Graduated from Kyoto Municipal Industrial Research Institute, 1965
- Co-founded the Sumiyama Craft Village, 1969
- First solo exhibition at Kikugaro Gallery, Kyoto, 1974
- Certified as a Traditional Craftsman, 1992
- Passed away, 2012
Reiko Ogura
- Born in Sumiyama, Uji City, 1975
- Graduated from Ritsumeikan University, Faculty of Letters, 1999
- Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Ceramic Technical School, 2000
- Graduated from Kyoto Municipal Industrial Research Institute, 2001
- Participated in Kyoto’s Young Artisan Overseas Program (Italy), 2004
- Selected for the Kyo-ware and Kiyomizu-ware Exhibition, 2014
