Owner's Comment
A matcha bowl with the earthy texture of handmade pottery, finished with broad white brushstrokes of slip across the surface.
The movement of the brush becomes part of the scenery itself, creating a rustic and expressive appearance.
The form is precise and well balanced, reflecting the skill of Yoshiro Taya, who is known for his mastery of the potter’s wheel.
The harmony of strong texture and refined shape gives this bowl a calm presence that fits naturally into everyday tea moments.
