Handmade Japanese pottery gift set from Kyoto - Tanaka Seito

Carefully, with sincerity.

— The craftsmanship of Tanaka Seito in Keihoku, Kyoto —

Tanaka Seito is a pottery studio located in the Keihoku region of Kyoto. Daiki Tanaka, a young potter who trained under masters of Kyo ware and Kiyomizu ware, handles the entire process himself—from wheel-throwing to finishing—devoting himself to the creation of honest, refined tableware.

He is known for his meticulous selection of materials and his signature translucent white porcelain. His tableware is durable, practical, and naturally fits into everyday dining, attracting fans both in Japan and abroad.
