作家略歴

多屋嘉郎

  • 1970年　東京都生まれ。
  • 1993年　京都精華大学美術学部造形学科卒業。
  • 1995年　宇治市炭山にて陶芸家・荒木義隆氏に師事。
  • 1999年　宇治市下居にて築窯。
  • 1999年　信楽ギャラリーろくろにて二人展。
  • 2000年　石川県ギャラリーコンフリーにて三人展。
  • 2001年　大津市更ギャラリー「お茶とお菓子の器展」に参加。
  • 2002年　ベトナム・ハノイにて作陶。
  • 2003年　ベトナム・ハノイ「現代の安南陶芸展」に参加。

陶器らしい土の風合いに、白化粧をざっと刷毛で施した抹茶碗。

刷毛目の動きがそのまま景色となり、素朴で味わいのある表情を見せます。

ろくろの名人として知られる多屋嘉郎による端正なフォルム。

力強い質感と整った形が調和し、日常の一服にも心地よく馴染む一碗です。
