Kyoto Pottery by Izumi Yoshinori
An awesome tenmoku cup !!!. It always feels good to hold a cup made by Izumi San as the design, the feel and the size is just right.
Perfect
There is an emotional connection when holding this Cinnabar Glaze Yunomi - it feels rare but close to the heart at the same time. This is the 2nd cup I have that is made by Yoshinori Izumi. Izumi-san knows how to make his tea cup
The cup is very well made - it gives me joy and rich feeling when using it Yoshinori-San’s gold tenmoku glazing.is indeed very special, It looks more like a shining gold to see it in person than seeing it in picture.,,

Owner's Comment
This refined, slightly smaller teacup is also perfectly suited for enjoying sake.
Its stunning gradient, reminiscent of a shooting star, encapsulates the essence of ceramic artistry.
The vibrant colors, achieved through expert glazing techniques, remain vivid over time without fading or deterioration.
