Recommended as a gift for someone special.

Takunobu Sawada has a workshop in Nantan City, Kyoto, where the original landscape of rural woodlands remains.
These are dishes from Sawada's "AMI" series, which feature a modern and striking design.
Each piece is carefully shaped and carved to make it easy to use, and the innovative design features amber and cobalt blue floating in a mesh pattern.

The contrast with the glossy black is refreshing to the eye, and the excellent design becomes more comfortable with use.
Sawada, whose father is a Kyoto-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki potter, has had a strong interest in pottery since childhood, and now in his 30s, he has been making pottery for 20 years, making him a veteran.
Be sure to get your hands on Sawada's works, who has a young sensibility and skillful techniques, and creates original Kyoto pottery.

This rice bowl is not only beautiful in design but also in shape, making it a very original piece.
Although it looks heavy, it is light to hold and is a dish you will want to use every day.
It is also recommended as a unique gift.
