The son of a Kyo-ware and Kiyomizu-ware potter, Sawada has been immersed in ceramics since childhood. Now in his 30s, he already has over 20 years of experience and the skills of a seasoned artisan.

Blending youthful creativity with time-honed craftsmanship, Sawada continues to produce original works that reflect Kyoto's rich ceramic tradition.
