Established in 1917 (Taisho 6), Shunzan Kiln preserves the traditional craft of Kyoto pottery while incorporating contemporary design sensibilities. Their captivating style blends the best of both worlds.

This exquisite piece is a faithful reproduction of the renowned work by the Edo period master, Ogata Kenzan, known for his contribution to the development of Kiyomizu-ware.

Ogata Kenzan, a celebrated master of the Edo period, is also considered the founder of Kiyomizu-ware. This modern reproduction of his masterpiece, known as "Kenzan’s Copy" (乾山写し), reflects the skilled artistry and craftsmanship of Shunzan Kiln.

The work is one of Shunzan Kiln's signature pieces, an embodiment of the kiln's dedication to both tradition and innovation.

The rebirth of this iconic design brings a touch of luxury to your table, perfect for special occasions or everyday elegance.
