  • Born in Kyoto, 1949
  • Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural Pottery Vocational Training School, 1969
  • Apprenticed under Ryōtarō Kageyama, 1969
  • Studied under Reika Tanaka, 1977
  • Established his kiln in Daigo Kasugano, Kyoto, 1979
  • Awarded at Traditional Industry Painting Exhibitions, 1985
  • Held solo exhibitions nationwide
