Shop Owner's Comment

This is Gasan's "Kaminarisama" matcha bowl, featuring a charming Raijin and lightning streaking across the sky.

It depicts Raijin, a figure that has appeared in Japanese art and folklore since ancient times, in a cute and approachable form. The powerful lightning pattern and Raijin's somewhat humorous expression create a delightful contrast.

This is a bowl uniquely filled with Gasan's playful spirit, depicting a traditional subject with free and imaginative ideas.
