Owner’s Comment

This square plate is inspired by the “Twelve-Month Plates” created by the celebrated Edo-period artist Ogata Kenzan.

The elegant seasonal floral motif reflects Kenzan-style composition, reinterpreted as a handmade Kyoto ceramic piece for contemporary use.

Suitable as refined Japanese tableware or as a dessert plate for cakes and sweets, this piece harmonizes traditional beauty with everyday functionality.
