A note from the owner

This is Hosen's "Kichijoyou" matcha bowl, featuring a gentle depiction of a sheep.

Sheep have long been cherished as animals symbolizing gentleness and peace. In China, the characters for "sheep" (羊) and "auspicious" (祥) were historically used interchangeably, making the sheep an auspicious motif associated with good fortune.

This is a gentle and warm bowl, embedding auspicious meaning into the lovable image of a sheep.
