This Hosen matcha bowl features a deep Oribe color and depicts Heian nobles viewing Mt. Fuji from a boat.

The scene depicts them leisurely moving their boat while gazing at Mt. Fuji in the distance, creating a landscape reminiscent of an elegant ancient boat trip. The narrative design, which portrays the figures, boat, and Mt. Fuji as a single scene, is also captivating.

It is a tasteful bowl where the wabi-sabi texture of Oribe and the elegant world reminiscent of a Heian picture scroll harmonize.
