Born in Muko City, Kyoto Prefecture in 1982
2007 Kyoto Traditional Crafts College (currently Kyoto University of Traditional Crafts)
Graduated from the ceramics department and studied under Yamamoto Choza at Yamamoto Choza Pottery Studio in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture
2012: Returned to Kyoto and became independent at home
2013 Kyoto Takashimaya "Kyoto Collection"
2014: Changed the name of the shop to "Sometsuke Ayo" and exhibited at the WABI-SABI Pavilion at Japan Expo 15 in Paris.
April 2015, Isetan Shinjuku "The Fine Beauty of Female Artists"
September: "Three Kyoto Women Exhibition" at Daimaru Kyoto Store
