Tanaka Seito, a ceramic studio located in Keihoku, Kyoto, is solely operated by young potter Daiki Tanaka, who trained under master artisans of Kyo-ware and Kiyomizu-ware.
By carefully selecting premium raw materials, Tanaka Seito crafts durable and functional tableware, including translucent white porcelain with exceptional texture. The studio has gained a devoted following both domestically and internationally.

The charming hand-painted designs are created by "Thinking Brush," an artist who trained alongside Daiki Tanaka in the same ceramic environment. She collaborates with Tanaka Seito as part of her creative endeavors, bringing unique artistic freedom to each piece.
Applying freehand illustrations to Tanaka's expertly shaped tableware, she pushes the boundaries of traditional Kiyomizu-ware, introducing innovative and original expressions.

Enjoy the exquisite texture of carefully crafted white porcelain paired with original hand-painted designs — a modern take on Kyoto’s ceramic artistry.
