This matcha bowl features a "Karamatsu" (Larch) design on a deep, almost black, purple Kochi ware base.

With lush green pine needles and powerfully extending trunks and branches, it impressively expresses the vitality of the pine tree. Pine has long been cherished as an auspicious motif symbolizing longevity and prosperity. The vibrant green stands out beautifully against the deep purple background.
